This live version, recorded as part of a live broadcast, is included because it was the first time the song was performed by the full band, and represents a step in the song's evolution. In some ways, it's superior to the studio version because of it's more organic components (particularly Fusco's drumming) but also has slightly different lyrics, as Todd was still in the process of fleshing out all the ideas he wanted to talk about in the song.
